Strong Mums is a dedicated group training session for mums. Whether you're postpartum, returning to exercise after time away, or just looking for a session that understands the demands of family life.
Every session is coached and programmed with you in mind. Movements are adapted to suit where you're at, and the pace is supportive rather than pressured. Babies are welcome.
You don't need to be at a particular fitness level. You just need to show up.
