Getting Started
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a free trial so you can see how we work before committing. Book your free trial here.
How do I sign up?
Head to our memberships page to choose the option that works best for you and get started.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothes, flat shoes and some water. We'll handle the rest.
Is there an age restriction?
Our group sessions are available for ages 16 and over.
Memberships & Booking
What does the membership include?
A set number of sessions per week, coaching, programming, access to community events such as Run Club, and discounted personal training, nutrition coaching and massage.
What membership types do you offer?
We offer monthly, annual and 6-month memberships, as well as flexible options such as drop-ins and class packs. View all memberships.
Do I need to book?
Yes, you are required to book sessions so we can make sure there is enough equipment available. Members get priority booking 14 days in advance, and non-members can book 7 days in advance.

The Gym
What are your opening hours?
Monday – Thursday6:15 – 20:00
Friday6:15 – 19:00
Saturday – Sunday8:00 – 11:00
What facilities do you have on site?
We have showers, toilets and an accessible toilet. We also have a member area and member kitchen where you can store and microwave food, and sit down and relax with a coffee.
