SHFT Training Ltd

These terms apply to all members and participants using SHFT Training facilities, classes or services.

Membership & Access

Membership provides access to SHFT Training facilities, coach-led sessions and services according to the membership purchased.

Memberships are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

Members must follow coach instructions, use equipment responsibly and behave respectfully toward staff and other members. SHFT Training reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate membership where behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive.

Payments

Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

Monthly memberships:

  • are billed one cycle at a time
  • are charged on the 1st of each month
  • may be prorated for partial months when joining mid-month

Payments are processed through our booking platform TeamUp.

Members must ensure payment details remain up to date. If payment fails, SHFT Training reserves the right to restrict access to classes or facilities until payment is resolved.

By purchasing a membership, members agree to the recurring billing of membership fees until the membership is cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Open Gym Notice and Session Booking

Members using open gym must train considerately and share equipment responsibly. During coach-led sessions, coached sessions will have priority use of space and equipment. Members using open gym may need to adapt their training accordingly.

Classes must be booked in advance using the SHFT Training booking platform. Class availability is subject to capacity and cannot be guaranteed. Members are responsible for cancelling bookings they cannot attend. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of session credits or booking restrictions.

Members should arrive on time for classes. Those arriving more than 5 minutes after the start of a class may not be permitted to participate for safety reasons.

1-to-1 Coaching Sessions (Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching & Soft Tissue Therapy)

1-to-1 sessions including personal training, nutrition coaching and soft tissue therapy are subject to availability and may be limited based on current coaching capacity.

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full and the session credit will be forfeited.

SHFT Training reserves the right to amend session availability where required due to coach illness, scheduling changes or operational requirements.

Health & Safety

Members participate in physical activity at their own risk. Members must inform coaches of any injuries, medical conditions or circumstances that may affect their ability to exercise safely and may be required to complete a health declaration or waiver.

Members agree to follow the instructions of SHFT Training coaches and staff during sessions. Failure to follow coaching instructions or misuse equipment may result in removal from a session for safety reasons.

Members are responsible for their own belongings. SHFT Training Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items brought onto the premises.

Photography & Facility Use

Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken within the facility for marketing purposes. Members who do not wish to appear should notify a member of staff.

SHFT Training may occasionally adjust opening hours or temporarily close the facility due to maintenance, events or operational requirements.

Pricing & Updates

Membership pricing is subject to an annual review each April.

SHFT Training may update these terms when necessary. The latest version will always be available on our website.
